A truly wonderful raspberry jam.

Ingredients:

Raspberries 47%, Sugar, Elderflower Cordial 3% (sugar, water, elderflowers, acidity regulator: citric acid) Gelling Agent: pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.

Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g of finished product.  Total sugar content 63g per 100g.

Allergy Advice: Made in a factory that also handles Milk, Gluten, Mustard, Sulphites, Fish, Egg, Sesame, Nuts, Soya and Celery.
